November – Employee of the Month
A familiar face, Patricia Kines was honored as Redmont Ridge Senior Living’s Employee of the Year for 2020. Born in Bessemer, Pat has two sons and three fur babies. She graduated from the University of Montevallo, where she studied Chemistry. Pat has a passion for seniors, and has been a CNA and Caregiver here at Redmont for eight years!
